You are welcome to return products that are in original condition within 30 days of receiving the order. We will charge 3,95 EUR return fee that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Timi of Sweden will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of earrings. 

Currently, we require a processing time of 7-10 business days for returns.  You will receive the refund through the same payment method used by purchasing. This refund can be made up to 30 days after receiving your parcel in our warehouse.

Send the package on your own with the courier service you prefer (the shipping costs are at your own expense). 

Please write the following information on a piece of paper and attach it to your return:
- Name
- Order number
- Reason for return, whether a replacement, exchange or refund is desired
